The lady that helped us was nice and the Black rice was really good but honestly that was about it. The chicken was under seasoned and most of the sauce ended up in the bag as the packaging was horrible and really messy. The fish was edible at best but for $35 it was quite disappointing. The Mac and cheese just tasted off, and truthfully was inedible. We have had Haitian food before and have no issues with how a restaurant looks as long as the food is great I’m a fan but this was just not it. I really hope they were just having an off day bc I really like to see small black businesses thrive

It’s located in a gas station and doesn’t look like it would be good. Don’t let the look fool you the food is bomb. I was in the mood for black rice but they didn’t have any, that’s how fast it went and it was after 1pm. Settled for white rice, chicken, plantains, and legumes. Everything was so good. Can’t wait to try it again and get some black rice
