I’ve eaten here for years and often have ordered oldie pick up (usually by phone). I placed my order online and ordered 3 bread bowls with soups. The bread bowls would normally be pretty toasted when I’ve ordered them to be able to put the soup in, however this time it looks like it’s older bread from the previous day and soft. Like it was put into the microwave to make it warm but soft. I ended up just cutting it up instead. Didn’t taste bad just not what it was before.

I grew up eating ABC and loved it, but it’s no wonder why they’ve been losing out to Panera for so many years. The quantity and quality of the food is still decent, but the service is severely lacking. They don’t allow customers to change their side from bread to chips anymore either without upcharging you. The cashier was also just looking at the phone when I walked up and back of house was lacking customer service as well. Overall, I see a lack of oversight and care for employees from upper management.

I would’ve gave them 0. I went in to purchase banana nut bread muffin tops 6 of them. All I ask for was powder sugar on them and they say they can’t do it. When I’ve had it done all the times before. I will not shop here ever again. Then to top it off the employees just standing around in the back. To think I almost was going to use them to cater my company brunch. If you can’t perform this simple request for a costomer I will not patronize here ever again. I will rating them across all platforms.

I never leave reviews but I got here at 3:40 and they close at 4 on Saturdays but I wanted to grab a quick pastry. The first thing I was told upon arrival was “were closed” in a very rude manner even though the door was unlocked plus sign on door says 4 . I was in the parking lot looking for somewhere else and I saw them serve someone else lol really weird
