I had a wonderful experience this food truck. The food was delicious and authentic, with generous portions and reasonable prices. The service was fast and friendly, and quality was well maintained. Do try out the chicken and paneer lababdar. I will definitely come back for more and recommend it to anyone who loves Indian cuisine. This is one of the best food truck in town, hands down.

Ordered chat from here. Picked up by Doordash quite fast. Samosa chat and chole kulcha we’re good. Wouldn’t order the sliders again. Was craving Indian chaat and this satisfied the craving!

I had the dhaba dal combo. It was excellent! Great choice if you’re looking for a veggie option. There are picnic tables across the parking lot too, in case you want to eat your food here.

We were looking to cater an outdoor party for 35 people and Atulya Bharat was a wonderful choice. The food was very good and the Pani Poori live counter was a huge hit ! The three persons that showed up for setup and service were super sweet and very accommodating.

Abive average Indian food. Chaat was best. Samosa dabeli and dahi bhalla papdi Chaat. Handi chicken had too much cloves which I don’t like. But chicken was very soft. So, may be personal taste thing. Amritsari kulcha was ok, a bit dry, but crispy. Simple indian roti was chewy and fresh.

In over 25 years I think I have tried more than my share of Indian restaurants in the Bay Area, but this one was surely on top of my list. A Indian food truck with a home cooking twist of flavors and presentation! I must admit I was thoroughly satisfied after eating. Reminded me of my grandmother’s cooking which is hard to match ! The blend of spices was perfect service was superb ! You won’t be disappointed with the food and variety of items on the menu ! Simple but elegant! Home cooking ! Definitely a 10 out of 10!

We’re visiting San Jose and came across this food truck all thanks to our Indian food craving. We went by all the reviews and each & every word written here holds true. I’m a North Indian myself and very particular about the taste & flavors when it comes to Indian food. The food at Atulya Bharat is authentic, fresh, tantalizes your taste buds and leaves you wanting for more. The palak pakodi chat was one of my favorites and so was the paneer lababdar. While my husband and son thoroughly enjoyed the Bhuna Gosht & Handi chicken. This is not your regular Indian food that you get here in the states, which is fully loaded with thick gravy and cream. If you want to experience real Indian food, visit this place and you won’t regret it. Each bite took me back home and reminded me of all amazing food my grandmother used to cook.
