Bought the chicken salad sandwich on crossiant. Took a bite and noticed a potato taste. Opened sandwich up to find they are adding potatoes as fillers. I guess they figure the mayo will hide the potatoes bc what you are really getting is a potato salad sandwich with a few pieces of chicken. For $9. 25 that’s outrageous and very deceptive! Corporate Au bon pan should be made aware of this. I don’t think they would want their reputation tarnished by these acts.

Just purchased a southwest tuna wrap and it had mold on it. I noticed the wrap was very wet to be freshly made, but ate one half of it. Then I turned it over and there was mold inside. Avoid this place! I’m disgusted!

There are 2 locations at the airport, talking here about the one that shares the space with a pizza place: we had an airline voucher which they said they accepted but that we had to use in its entirety, which we later found out was a complete lie. Asked for a Vanilla Latte and was upcharged with a Vanilla syrup add on that I did not ask for.

Grabbed a wrap before my flight and proceeded to board. Got through 3/4 of it while on my flight when I saw something small and green moving among the pieces of kale. Upon further inspection, it turned out to be a caterpillar. Threw it out immediately. I’ve been thinking about how many caterpillars I might’ve consumed for the past 5 hours. Taste wise, not bad, typical Au Bon Pain. The extra protein, however, was undesired.

It’s a good franchise to have a breakfast but net to work more in be great as Panera do… how is it possible that they don’t have flavors coffee in American style. Just a normal (not so good) and decaf. Einster Bross Bagle and Panera bring at least 4 diferent option. Their bread are good, but they don’t have how to toasted or grilled. Could be better…
