Not sure if the person was having a bad day, but she didn’t greet me even after I told her good morning. Just stared at me during the entire order. Made me feel uncomfortable. Coffee wasn’t good either and over priced.

Love the customer service of the lady taking care of us, I wish I could remember her name. We order two sandwiches and everything was fresh. My only complaint is that they only have two types of soup, but I love these little places.

I went to grab a quick bite ,as my mom was having surgery at hospital on the campus.Baptist Health South Miami. Up on entry was not greeted asked patrons where the line was was told I am next as they placed order already. Placed order went to the cash to pay ,was being charged for what I did not order was corrected.however my sandwich was left on counter as i moved on to pay got my change asked for sandwich was shown.took and went to seat.wipedx.my table as it was not clean .observed staff greeting patrons welcome to Au Bon Pain.Staff needs to be trained on.customer service to all !! As I dud not ask for a hand out and paid for my lunch .Chick Fil A was 10 min away with warm welcoming staff ,clean and pleasant to all .thanks but will not be back .Disgusted with Miami and the nasty culture

It was ok. Very lazy and unorganized. Asked for hot chocolate and received coffee. Also, our asiago sticks were folded 1-2 times and stuffed to the bottom of a big enough bag.

This one located near South Miami Hospital I think it was the manager rushed me through the line I kept telling her I was not ready to finish my order the lady behind me said she was ready to pay she didn’t want to take the lady I wanted to select cake and a cheese Danish had two sandwiches that had not been made wanted to order drinks she kept telling me my total and wanted me to pay always went to Au bon pain at Baptist hospital Kendall and never had a problem like this don’t use the one by so mia hospital
