Had a meal here during Camp War Eagle, mostly because it was free. The food was just okay, but I was starving so I ate it. The lines were too long everywhere else. It didn’t take me long to figure out why this place wasn’t busy. It’s completely disorganized and the layout is completely counterintuitive. After ordering my food I went to get my drink on the other side of the room and got trapped in a crowd getting their drinks. They called my name to pick up my food but I couldn’t get there before they gave it to another person with a similar name. Fortunately she brought my food back when she realized the mistake. Place was just a disaster.

Literally always a wait for no reason. Showed up when they opened. They opened the doors 5 minutes after being open, didn’t have anything out yet and did not even apologize for the 20 people waiting on them. They were also out of almost everything. A few people around me got tired of waiting to pay so they just walked out without paying. Get yourself together abp that is embarrassing. I was first to order and waited 20 minutes.

Food is good enough, but the service is dreadful. You have to write your order down on a piece of paper and put it into a basket–which there is no way of knowing that this is how you place an order if you have never been there before–and this way it is impossible for them to make the orders in the order they are placed because they just fish out some paper scrap from the bowl and slap it together. Dreadful, dreadful.
