The staff today went above and beyond! My son has a very serious allergy that we have attend to and they were very patient with my questions and even went and checked each individual ingredient for his smoothie! I appreciate staff like this going the extra mile to make sure he could have something (which doesn’t happen often due to the seriousness of the allergy)! Thank you!!!

Hey! Just a friendly reminder PLEASE staple my bag closed before the delivery driver picks up my order! I just ordered here and my bag was dropped off at my front door step wide open no safe delivering or anything! If this happens again I’ll be contacting corporate that’s a serious food safety handling issue. I don’t know the driver to trust he/she isn’t putting things into my food.

This location is the worst. Will do everything I can to avoid it. They never have the special piece of the order that makes it special. Once I ordered ahead of time to get my son a bucket of pretzel nuggets for his birthday. They had no bucket so we were just given 4 cups of nuggets. Took away from the wow factor. I ordered a super bowl snack stadium today at 9:30 before the store even opened. I go to pick up my order that I placed for 4:30, not only is it not ready, they had no snack stadium. I know distribution everywhere is an issue but they could have told me earlier in the day that they didn’t have any so I could pick up a cute platter or something before coming. Now I’ll be showing up at my super bowl party with Christmas pretzel cups. Will definitely do what I can to avoid this store. I don’t have a problem that they didn’t have the stadium but I have a problem that they didn’t communicate with me in a timely manner. The manager claims below they have worked out the new store kinks but it doesn’t appear to be so.

I visit this location several times a month to get pretzels for my 2 girls. They have signs all over the store advertising the app and rewards, but then when you try to use it, they say this store doesn’t participate in the rewards program. That’s ridiculous, take the signs down then, or better yet……… HONOR the rewards program!!!

Came for national pretzel day and did the mobile pick up. As instructed went to the gold sign that states “Online Mobile Pick Up”. Waited there for alittle bit and finally asked if we still needed to wait in line but I was there to pick up. One of the girls there rudely asked for my name then picked up the “DOORDASH” sign that clearly stated only for DOORDASH and said you pick up here. I wasn’t there for DOORDASH, I was there to pick up MY ONLINE ORDER. I told her that states doordash and wasn’t there for that. Other customers were even surprised and said the same thing that the sign does not say mobile pick up. Wish I got her name, she was just very rude and understand it was very busy but her attitude was not okay.

This location always keeps me waiting in the drive through for 20 to 30 minutes. Even if I am the first and only customer in drive through. The pretzel dogs are my favorite and they are literally never ready. The high-school next door does off campus lunch around 1. It never fails that they are gravely ill-prepared for what could be lucrative business. I dont expect this location to be around much longer.
