According to their menu, they have thin crust and stuffed pizza. I ordered a stuffed pizza a couple weeks ago and it was great. Ordered one today and it was horrible. No red sauce on top. All it was is crust and cheese with a super thin layer of sauce under the cheese. I called and explained the problem and the first lady I spoke with was super nice and said that there should be a thick layer of sauce on top. She said they’d make a new pizza and send it over. Almost an hour later, I got a call from a different woman saying she’s the manager and asked me what the problem was. She sounded angry from the start. I explained everything and she told me I ordered deep dish, not stuffed. I said you don’t even have deep dish on the menu. She yelled for someone to bring her a menu and then agreed they don’t have deep dish on the menu but said it’s what I ordered so that’s what they gave me. She argued with me for 5 minutes. I asked her name and she refused to give it to me. She said she’d give me a $20 credit but I wanted a credit on the visa I used and she claims they don’t have the ability to credit back money. She told me at least 3 times that she’s been manager for 8 years….yet she didn’t know that if deep dish was or wasn’t on the menu and doesn’t know how to credit back a card. I called back and a different worker told me the manager’s name is Christina. Someone needs to train Christina about the menu and teach her some customer service skills. We’ll never order from here again thanks to her.

Worst experience at this location. Arrived about 30 minutes after placing my order, was told it would be a few more minutes. Sat and waited over an hour inside the restaurant. So now it’s been over 1 1/2 hours since ordering. Finally get my order get to my car and my child asks for a slice of pizza so I go to give it to her and it’s cold… So what, my order sat for how long before it was finally given to me? I ordered take out so I wouldn’t have to cook but ended up cooking anyway… Waste of $100

OH MY GOSH!!! This may just be the best thing I’ve EVER eaten. The other locations should either close down or come and take a class here. The crust was so light and flaky the sauce (wow)had me wanting to slap my granny for not being Italian.. Baby they do it right here

Aurelio’s pizza is another establishment with great pizza and chicken On their buffet If the location has one. Northwest Indiana is fortunate to have several pizza establishments in the region that are outstanding. You can have pizza 7 days a week from a different location and never get tired of pizza. Aurelio’s pizza is one of those great places you can sit with your family and enjoy your pizza and time together. Aurelio’s pizza is definitely worth stopping in.

1st time ordering from this location.. Definitely the last.. Quick someone from IL, come over and teach these ppl how to make a pizza! 5 ingredients ordered only taste 2.. One piece of chicken on every 3rd slice. I’ve never had a thin crust so thick.. Very next to a store bought frozen pizza..This location gives Aurelieo’s a bad name.. Awful putting it nicely!
