My friend and I stopped in Aurora Taphouse pretty late. It was almost close and last call. The bartender served us however we didn’t stay long because their clientele is not the best. . . . . . Highly recommend if you are bar hopping downtown Aurora. Tap house has made a huge change with renovations over the years and it’s not to shabby. . . . . .

Honestly was expecting a lot more. I seen great reviews and seemed like a good place every time I drove past it. Popped in last weekend atmosphere was great until the bartender started being rude. Waited to order drinks for 10 minutes, when I got tired of waiting my friend proceeded to order the drinks and realized he forgot his card in the car. Took me 2 minutes to grab it. As he was explaining to me we’d just have to wait after the next customers in line, she turned around and began to curse my friend out screaming she can hear what he was saying and then proceeded to yell at him through a crowd of people and call him broke. Idk what kind of service the bartenders are trained in or if it was a bad night for her but if you want to be cursed out and ignored then this is the place for you, because that’s no way to treat any customer or person I’ll definitely continue to drive past from now on.

Went here on a Saturday night for karaoke and it was definitely a good time. The crowd was good, a solid mix. The bar itself is much larger then you would think but swats are limited so get there early if you want one. Only somewhat negative is my drinks were pretty weak and tasted a bit watered down.

Stepped in for a drink at midnight. Didn’t really expect much, a normal bar. The place had a fun atmosphere and was totally crowded. We were lucky to find seats at the bar stool but took a while to get a bartender’s attention. The drink, forgot the name, was really nice but a tad expensive for a cup of that size (see photo).
