It was the era of scrunchies and baggy jeans, Gangsta’s Paradise was the top song of the year, and all you could do with your cell phone was call. We began small and with one simple mission: Value people above product.
Now, more than 20 years later, one small cafe has grown into multiple locations in different cities, full-service menus, and a strong coffee community. Although we have grown, we have stayed true to our original mission, because we believe in more than just selling coffee.
We’re the place that you can bring your laptop and work the day away with a cup of locally roasted coffee, meet friends for a drink after a long day of work, or stay for hours with family to indulge in our all-day brunch.

i like austin java but today when i ordered my avocado eggs benedict for pick up i asked to add on bacon and was told it comes on it and i asked again if they were sure because i know it normally doesn’t- and was told yes i’m sure it already comes with bacon: and to my surprise no bacon when i got home. ppl want bacon on sundays. give us the bacon! i stole some from my bfs chicken sandwich – which idk if this is on purpose but that sandwich is insanely large. anyways i’ll be back and i’ll order again but plz just add the bacons.

My sister recommended Austin Java to us, and I’m so glad we stopped by. Fell in love after the first visit <3 <3 <3 Such a warm, and welcoming atmosphere! Also LOVED the fact that there was Spongebob playing on one of the tvs — just made my inner child smile. You can tell that there’s a lot of passion & positive energy that goes into this business & it’s definitely felt & received on our side as the customer! New favorite brunch place. Will be running back for more soon! Avocado toast was AMAZING. Could eat it 3 meals a day. Waffles with strawberries - SO soft & sweet & rich. I enjoyed the breakfast quesadilla- loved the salsa, and my partner had the Californian omelette - also delicious! Ingredients and produce taste fresh from the Earth, especially the strawberries and tomatoes and avocados: so so yummy. Makes all the difference. We were greeted with smiles & shown outstanding service & care the entire time we were there. Thank you for the most Perfect Tuesday afternoon brunch, left with a happy tummy! Would recommend to everyone & anyone.

Food is great. Ambiance has really gone down. Service is nonexistent, literally do everything yourself and order at a counter, out of creamer and spoons at the fill your coffee…. But they will still automatically ask for a 25% tip at the counter.

What a gem! We drove by all the time, but today we stopped, and had the best experience. The staff is super nice and had great reccos. The avocado toast is so tasty. Light, crunchy and so flavorful. Our kid tried the chicken tenders and loved them. The patio is relaxing and cool. The staff brought out water for our dog. 100%!
