Austin’s Ocean One features a breathtaking panoramic ocean view from every seat in the restaurant. Our guests are treated to daily dolphin sightings, beautiful evening views, full moons and the occasional surfer! Regardless of the weather or the time of year, the view is always interesting and serene. There is a small private dining room at Ocean One, The Fish Bowl, which can accommodate up to 14 guests in a private setting with an ocean view. We also have a completely separate banquet room, The Spirit Room, for private party catering from 10-100 guests. The Ocean One menu is eclectic Contemporary American. The menu changes frequently based on seasonal availability of locally sourced products, fresh produce and the daily catch.

Wowsers, this place is so spectacular. Our waitress Cindy treated us all like Kings and Queens, there were 12 of us in our wedding party. Every appetizer and entree she brought was like it could have been on a magazine cover! Great food, great service!

We went for dinner after we repeatedly enjoyed lunch at sister restaurant, “Harvest” at Brookgreen Gardens. We were not disappointed; I do not give 5-Star ratings unless I can find nothing wrong – and this experience was perfect. I had the Grilled Baby Lamb Chops – I got the sauce on the side based on prior reviews, I also had the Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and onion and a small Caesar Salad (Included with the entree). Everything was excellent! My girlfriend had the Spinach Salad with warm dressing and the Snapper entree, and they were also excellent as was the key lime pie she had for dessert (If you like it tart). Our Server, Victoria K was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. The prices were reasonable, and the value was there given the portion size and quality of the food. It was also nice dining with a full view of the beach and the ocean. I am looking forward to our next visit,

We had our “wedding reception” in their semi-private room that seats 16. Our contact was Annette. She was so upbeat and accommodating! They allowed us to have flower arrangements and garlands brought in by the florist, our cake delivered – plus they set it up on a lovely buffet server-like table, and they even cut our cake and served it. They easily accommodated the vegetarians in the group. Food was outstanding and our server was a professional. It was a good experience.

We loved this place. It is right on the water, great views. It’s away from the crowds, and the food is top notch. Serving sizes are small. The surf and turf offers a 6 oz steak and 3 shrimp. Yep. 3 standard sized shrimp for about $30. We were left wanting a little more.

Great view overlooking ocean. However, cocktails were inconsistent. My Miami Vice was perfect but my Blueberry Lemonade was heavy on the alcohol. The shrimp was good but personally thought hushpuppies were better.

My family and I absolutely LOVED Austin’s Cabana Café! I got the frozen strawberry margarita with an extra tequila shot on top and the Southern Dip sandwich and both were amazing. The view is gorgeous and the ambiance is fun. It’s EXTREMELY hot in August in SC and, unfortunately, the umbrellas don’t cover all of the seats at each table, so I recommend sitting farther back on the patio by the outdoor bar at the high tops or inside (inside is warm as well, however). Simply wonderful dining experience, we will 100% be going back!!!

We drove 6 hours for our wedding anniversary to stay at Litchfield. We asked about and were told the hours of Ocean One. They never said we had to have a reservation this year to eat there. We dressed up for our anniversary and went to Ocean One, and they immediately informed us that we could not eat there because we had to make a reservation. It is our annual celebration for our anniversary. We have ate there every year without a reservation.

Creative drink and food menu, incredible view, and good service. Most outstanding was the extra TLC the manager provided because I could not take the stairs (I can go up stairs, but going down is tricky…hip injury). He walked me to the elevator and went with me to the area where he told my husband to met us. Extraordinary customer service that I will not soon forget!! ♥️
