Frozen Feet
Decided to try this place for my birthday this year instead of the regular places in Kingsport. I reserved my spot online with my G assistant. When we arrived the table was ready to go. Added a couple more people when we got there. They gladly added chairs and table. The gentleman/owner serving was very friendly and made you feel at home! The food was amazing! Price is right on with other area places. This will definitely be my go to from now on. If you haven’t been there go try it out!

Went because the reviews were good. Santa Fe Grill is my usual Mexican food, go to, but wanted to try somewhere else. This place was off the beaten path and looked to be a neighborhood place to go. Service, food, and friendliness were all top notch. Don’t know that I’ll go back but I do recommend.

I love this place!!! Delicious food. Extensive authentic menu. Very clean. Super fast service and family owned and operated. Very reasonable prices. I was unsure at first because they don’t have many reviews on Google. However, their food blew my mind. I would absolutely recommend trying this place. It’s wonderful.

The server was running back and forth taking care of the entire restaurant, poor guy, so no refills. Unfortunately there is no AC currently. Or else it was turned off? on a 92° day. If that matters to you this week check if it’s working before you pop in there. Also the chips were on the burnt side, not just one basket but two times/baskets.

I must say that this is the BEST place for Mexican food in the area!!! I had the carne asada tacos & hubby had chorizo tacos. They were both awesome!!! It’s tough to find good mex food in Kingsport, but this one is a winner!

Came in and was greeted. We were given menu’s and he came back a couple minutes later with chips that were very burnt and our drinks and his “airpod” fell out and almost landed in one of the drinks. We needed an extra couple minutes to order and over 25 minutes later our order was taken. The worker or owner was talking on his phone during this time and he only came back to take our order after another customer approached him and asked a question. When we finally got our food it was very underwhelming and not very good. The food was cold. My boyfriend says: “As someone from California with true authentic Mexican food, this is a disgrace to my kind.” Then when we went to pay he took a couple dollars off our bill and then shook our hands and told us to come back. We will never be going back.
