Delicious jambalaya! The flavors were great, the portion size was good for the price, and the spice level was perfect. I also loved the greet house made hot sauce (I think it was the “hot” level?)

Zenner’s Hot Link Po Boy with potato chips from Avenue St.Charles Cajun food cart. They get their bread shipped from a bakery in New Orleans. Beer is a pFriem Family Hazy IPA

As a guy who just recently moved from Mississippi and grew up on Cajun food my whole life, this place is LEGIT. Don’t tell my family or southern restaurants, but this is the best Cajun I’ve ever had, and that’s a high bar for me.

I ordered their special Cajun fried chicken sandwich and I cannot even find the words to describe how amazing it was but I will do my best. The chicken thigh was so tender and delicious from the 24 hour brine and the buttermilk breading was so crispy and awesome. The zucchini pickles were so tangy and the house fried pickled onions were perfectly crispy and zingy. Together with fresh tomatoes and iceberg shredduce between a nicely toasted brioche bun with delicious house spicy mayo. I have had many a fried chicken sandwich in my time but this is the absolute best fried chicken sandwich I have ever had in my life. I can’t stop thinking about it. If I could put a second one away I would, but for now I can only reminisce and look forward to next time. Everyone at avenue saint Charles is incredibly friendly and at first bite you will experience the high quality that goes into each dish.

Watching Treme, about the aftermath of the floods on HBO, drove us down to find some New Orleans food. The Shrimp Po Boy was awesome! Soft, yet crisp baguettes, and lightly battered shrimp. The sandwich did not make it home as we at it together in the car. We will be back soon. They offer many levels of hot sauce – highly recommended. Thank You!

Oh my! What a great little cart. They are tucked back in a corner at the Beaverton food truck court, but boy are they worth finding! Expect to be greeted with a friendly style and to have any dish you are interested in expertly described. You walk away feeling good, and then when you return for your food I can guarantee a smile! Oh so yummy! The combination of flavors is just heavenly. And the desserts are awesome too!

Killer New Orleans food. The jumbo is so good! Plus if you ask for some super hot hot sauce, they make their own in-house. They have 3 different super hot pepper sauce blends: Carolina Reaper, Scorpion, and Ghost. Not sure which one is my favorite, because they all do a damn good job at hitting the spot for a chili head like myself. Next I’ll have to try their other main course offerings because they all look and smell so good! Great work fellas! I’ll visit frequently after my first visit!

I liked the heat and nice they offered extra hot sauce and corn muffins were tasty. Just a bit pricey at 13 for portion.

Wow! This truck makes one delicious Po’ Boy sandwich! The shrimp are perfectly battered, fried, and seasoned, the bread was toasted just right, and the house made sauces had the perfect balance of spice and flavor. Even the lettuce, pickles, and tomato were top-notch! Well worth your time and money, even if you have to wait in some rain!
