I do not recommend this place. The atmosphere is lacking due to no customers and no staff present upon arrival at 7:30pm. The menu and service is very limited. The kitchen was closed. My idea to the owner is to make it a bar where you openly welcome people to order Uber Eats or DoorDash. Bar service was available and I enjoyed my pizza delivery! The bartender was doing the best she could!

The worst restaurant experience I may ever of had. I understand they are short staffed but our food was HORRIBLE! The waitress didn’t come to our table for 20 minutes, we had to prompt them to come twice. We got our drinks and they never came back to ask if we needed anything else. They never gave us menus so we had to ask for those… when we ordered our food we ordered 2 appetizers and 2 sandwiches, all of which were cold and soggy. We attempted to just pay for our drinks and leave but they boxed our food up instead. They don’t even deserve 1 star for the service or the food.

This place is awesome. The burgers are amazing but really all the food is great. The “grown up grilled cheese” has become my favorite. The all-you-can-eat fish fry on Friday and all-you-can-eat ribs on Saturday are killer and a hidden gem in Milwaukee. The atmosphere here is nice too…laid back and comfortable. Really a great place.

Great food! The dining area is a bit sparse, but the waitstaff more than made up for that. Our party was a bit “meh” about not leaving the hotel for food, but every one of us loved what we ordered. If you are staying at the Best Western, or even if you’re just in the area; Stop in for lunch or dinner -you’ll be glad you did.

Not very busy and still had to wait for someone to seat us at least 7 minutes. Not a bad time but when you see only 2 other couples seated, well unfortunately this was a harbinger for the visit. Long wait for waitress to take order for drinks, long wait for 1 soda and 1 glass of wine. Had to hunt for waitress several times. Salad bar add on with fish fry was worth it. First baked Fish order was so so and the runny horseradish tasting tarter sauce was the worst I have had. The problem is with the reorder. The fish was dried out and tasteless, only had 2 bites. I asked for another piece like the first order and was brought another unseasoned dry looking piece. When waitress dropped it in front of me I again asked for a piece like the first order. She said they all come from the same pan and took it back. 5 minutes later another waitress brought, wait for it….the exact same piece of fish I had refused previously, only now colder. Gave up trying. This place has tried to reinvent itself several times in recent years maybe it’s time again. Oh, clam chowder was ok would have graded better if someone added some thickening to the runny broth. Will not be returning. Many other better choices in the area. I did also have 1 piece of fried fish which was ok nothing special.

Food was overpriced for what was received. Ordered the nachos supreme, and they forgot to put the ground beef on. I sent it back, and instead of remaking it they just dumped lukewarm meat on top. The rest of the toppings were scarce, not enough to even cover the top layer of tortilla chips. Waitress gave us dirty boxes to take our food home in. Would not return, could get much better quality elsewhere.

Much of the food was either bland or had strange flavors, depending on which food it was. The salad bar had potato salad (bland), cottage cheese (odd flavor), macaroni & cheese (nice addition to the typical salad bar … but bland) and a pasta salad that was good. They also had corn on the salad bar, but I didn’t try it. The fish fry, including potato pancakes, was just OK. (The potato pancakes probably would have been better had I eaten them as soon the server brought them, but I chose to finish my salad first, so they were lukewarm and somewhat cardboardy.) The Reuben rolls were good. The clam chowder was watery. I won’t be back.
