Service was great! Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The carne asada avocado bowl and guacamole were by far my favorites. Parking was a bit hard to find but I did find metered street parking a few blocks down the street. Whoever was in charge of the music gets a 5 star review as well. Enjoyed listening to Rufus Du Sol and Lane 8 amongst others while we dined

Our server, Shelley, was a sweet treat in service but sometimes got a little backed up. The Margaritas were off the charts good and well-balanced. This evening, we had Pepe’s Grilled Platter, it has caramelized onions and roasted sliced peppers served with Mexican rice and cheese crusted refried Pinto beans, my wife had 2 Chicken taquitos with a Chili Relleno. The taquitos were filled with lots of flavorfilled chicken, and the Chili Relleno was nicely breaded and easy to cut. The flavored margaritas were packed with flavos and tequila and had us feeling pretty good

The BEST casual lunch spot for Mexican food, was so good we ended up eating here twice in the same week. The outdoor seating on the patio is cute and shaded. I’d definitely recommend the ceviche and frozen margaritas, you won’t regret it!

First time visiting Avila’s and it didn’t disappoint. The atmosphere was relaxing and fun, the help was very friendly and helpful with my gluten free needs. They made a special meal for me which was very helpful for me. It’s not easy eating out with Celiac Disease, but Avila’s made it very enjoyable

After a quick check on Google i noticed the restaurant had 4.4 stars…must be okay then, let’s give it a go. Unfortunately the food was overpriced and tasteless, not a single spice or seasoning was used in this kitchen.

Tasty, healthy and reasonably priced food here with beautiful views from inside restaurant. Staff are friendly and attentive and service is fast. Beef bowl and grilled chicken taco salad were both amazing served with fresh salsa and chips was just perfect. Attractive decor with clean bathrooms. Great place for lunch today
