It’s great when you are able to dine in. The key word is “when”. Most times when you attempt to eat there the doors are locked and you are forced to get takeout via the drive thru. Food quality varies on the time of day. If you go during off-peak hours you are going to be served food that has been sitting for a while. Employees are always friendly and accommodating.

Service was bad but not employees fault. There were only 2 for whole restaurant. Yet they were kind and understanding. Although lack of vinegar packets was lame had to ask for a small shot glass with some in it. Like a very little at that.

This is an A&W plus Long John Silvers location. Right now they have a $7.99 all-you-can-eat special. Best rootbeer in town. Dinning room is outdated with several broken seats and tables and was very dirty on the last few visits.

Very poor service overall. The young man who waited on me.( May have been the manager) was not very polite. He was a bit rude. They had music playing in the kitchen area that was not very appropriate for children.

The food may just be the worst in Belle Vernon. The overall aesthetic and atmosphere of the restaurant is appalling and dreadful. I also noticed that some of the chairs weren’t properly cleaned which doesn’t give off a good impression to customers. The employees also appeared to be more busy talking instead of seeing if there was anyone waiting to be served. The food on the other hand, was so disgustingly greasy that you could see the grease drip into the basket the food was in. Not very appetizing, but I should’ve known better. The chicken tenders lacked the usual crispiness associated with them and were just not very appetizing and the fries were extremely greasy and not very good. As a Pittsburgher, shame on you for not using Heinz Ketchup.

Stopped after driving 5 hours to get some food and let the kids stretch their legs. Was told “just saw you all get out so I’d figure I’d tell you our machines are down so dining is closed, you can go through drive through though”. Ok, no big deal . We stopped and got cash, came back bc were told we can sit in the dining room. Go to order and halfway through was told they’re out of chicken, cheese curds hotdogs and numerous things. They had tons of old food sitting in warmers anyway, I figured they just didn’t want to work bc when we had questions we were interrupting smoke breaks, being responded with huffing and eye rolls.
