Did not get the burger I ordered. There’s never customers in drive thru but not making orders correctly. I ordered a bbq bacon crunch burger. I received no bbq or crunch ♀️

Always crazy slow. I just sat in the drive thru for 37 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. I’m assuming there is a lack of employees, but ownership could obviously make more money if they could speed this process up. I typically pass the restaurant as I can’t wait in the line as long as it takes. Food is good, just not worth the hassle.

I haven’t had service like this in at least 20 yrs. A woman & her son was working there & she was running the restraint like she owned it & it was a 5 star. The oil was fresh, the food was like Long Johns use to taste when I was a kid. It was very clean & the conversation & customer service was there. Please, please, keep her corporate. Now everyone I’m in the area I just wanna stop & spend money for the great food, conversation, & atmosphere . I believe her name was Machelle Lee

The place is a step back in time. Booths that told you it’s the 60’s and the food is delicious. My wife and I had the $7.99 all you can eat deal with free refills on everything. Fish, chicken, sides, cooked perfectly. Staff is nice, a little slow due to customers not quite sure what they want and having to be walked thru it all.

Long John silvers/ A&W has the best fish. Always hot and made to perfection. This is one of my favorite restaurants. They could be a bit more friendly and welcoming when taking orders but the food is so yummy I’d come regardless. It fills you up super fast. I just got hungry writing this lol! Also I’d say they need to update and clean up the restaurant. It looks a little run down. Drinks are not included in meal combos.

This location is usually busy and today was no different. I placed my order and when I got to the window and paid, realized i ordered the wrong thing. They were very nice and quickly corrected my mistake and had me.on my way. The food was hot and fresh when I got home.
