There was an issue with their credit card reader – none of my cards worked. Manager Melissa was very nice and allowed me the food w/o charge. Not only was this the fair thing to do Melissa did so very courteously with an apology for the “inconvenience”. Good burgers as well.

They didn’t take my order right at all, gave me the wrong food, tried to have me just accept the food I was given and then the manager made me feel like I was being a huge annoyance and just came off plain rude with me. What a Happy Mother’s Day to me. They need to get their stuff together.

They didn’t have hotdogs rolls so we agreed that a Hawaiian roll was OK. Normally you put a hotdog on the inside of the bun, they used the outside of the bun as the inside. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Was an okay place wish we did not wait long for our food but she said they had to make it fresh that was fine but to see only one worker there running everything my mom and I were wondering why and it would of been nice to have a out side sitting area to have the food to eat because we had my dog with me!

A&W and long John silver’s in the same building is a good idea for those who dont like the standard LJS. A bit disappointed that they dont give the frosted mugs and have separate tap for A&W rootbeer, which is what gave the experience. I’ll still come here though cause it’s the closest LJS to me and they dont really screw up the order.
