Fast friendly service. Everyone was very helpful even with special preparation needs. Food was hot and good. This is an A&W and Long Johns Silver combination. You can get fish to burgers. Excellent selection. Prices were reasonable by today’s standard. The exterior was clean. The interior was clean but could use a freshening up. Everything is handicap accessible. The parking lot is big and not crowded.

Seemed like the store was understaffed but they still did a great job of taking care of customers and the food came out very good. Never even heard of an A&W restaurant but was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful the bacon burger was, blows away any McDonald’s burger I’ve had. Great place and awesome atmosphere!

We were excited to try A&W for the first time, especially our 2 kids who love a&w root beer and floats. We arrived and ordered and while waiting for our food we went to get drinks and saw the last sputter of root beer come out of the lobby dispenser, we notified the staff who said that it would be taken care of, but after waiting 30 minutes we were informed that “we’re out of root beer” which feels a little like McDonalds saying “we’re out of McNuggets”. Very disappointing and no effort from the staff to try to remedy the situation. I would understand if there was a rush, but we were the only family in the dining room.

Ordered an Italian Cold cut. To go. Thw kid that took my order asked me 3 or 4 times, if I was eating here. Each time,I answered no, to go. I sat to wait for my order. About 5 minutes later, which was very fast. They brought me my sub on a plate. When I told them ,to go ,they quickly bagged my sandwich. Which was fine. But I told the order taker several times,it was to go. When I got home, my sandwich was an American Cold Cut. It was pretty good but not what I ordered.
