Tried to purchase 3 root beer floats at approximately 6:15 pm, unfortunately this establishment stops serving them because they clean the ice cream machine four hours before they close at 10 pm. Never had this issue before.

Took them 20 MINUTES to get 2 cheeseburgers and 2 orders of fries, we were the only ones there. We were told we couldn’t get root beer floats because it was too late and the ice cream machines were turned off, it was only 3 pm.

I got A&W delivered via Door Dash. My delivery was super fast. No complaints against Door Dash. My problem is with the food. Fries were ok, very hot but my burger was tough and the bun was hard. Like it been sitting a while and just heated back up . So, I am happy with Door Dash, but won’t be ordering from A&W anymore!

Drove from Athens, Tennessee to Sweetwater, Tennessee for root beer floats . Was told they already cleaned the ice cream machine for the evening it was only 6 on a Saturday night. I asked when they closed? Was told 10 p.m.what a joke.

Went for a root beer float and was advised that the root beer lines have been acting up for a week and unable to do any rootbeer products! This is A&W!!! Please do better!! What we did order turned out right. The cheese curds were amazing the fries were okay(not that fresh). Pepsi freeze and chocolate shake was good.
