Order was slow, then wrong, then corrected, then not very good even once right. Very dirty place, too. The second star is because they have a sweet, terrifying monument to a hot dog squirting ketchup into its own face.

Seemed like an off day of service for them. It got very busy while we were in line (that was at least a 5 minute wait). Waited 10 plus minutes for food had ordered a burger, onion rings, chicken, fish, and hush puppies. Eventually it should’ve been out food next but they called someone’s name behind us and they went and looked in the bag realizing it wasn’t there’s and I had mentioned to the lady that it was probably ours but she shushed me and kept looking. She had looked at the receipt very closely and still called out the wrong name. They eventually realized that it was our meal and gave it to us. Just not the best experience. The front cashier did not know what she was doing and held people up so the drive thru lady had to come take front orders and drive thru.

The food is decent but you have to wait till your next birthday to get your food. ALWAYS a long wait. On the plus side,the staff is great, very friendly, not afraid to apologise profusely.

This place was very sketchy, seemed dirty and unkept and the people working there were slacking off. Took forever to get our food and even after it tasted horrible. The meat was very disgusting, almost mildewy. It put shame to all A&Ws.
