Food was good , as many places have decided to make the pieces smaller long johns fell right into that trend !!! Always love some LJS tho. The bell was gone , juke box broke , and the service was OK not the best I’ve ever had at a LJS. The restaurant was very clean !!! And food did come out fast

We visit A&Ws on all of our road trips as we don’t have any close to home. Although we had to wait a very long time for our food it was piping hot and delicious. However the dining room was very dirty. There were ants covering tables as though they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. The soda fountain was malfunctioning while we were there, hopefully that was an isolated incident.

The food is good but its expensive compared to other places. Ive only had them get the order wrong one time and ive eaten there several times. It is ALWAYS hot and fresh (as fresh as you can get) but sometimes they dont drain it well and the food comes out a little soggy

I truly don’t wanna rate a 2 star. The staff was really friendly. The restaurant was really clean and I went the restroom. BUT my fries were cold and hard. My burger was not fresh either. I am not going to say I will not be back, but when you have had the best from another A & W. This one is not the best at all. I got to give them a chance to redeem themselves. To be continued.
