The employees were above excellent. The girls were so above nice. The brought our food to our table and their smiles were contagious. The food was very fresh and really good. The amount was excellent too. The one we visited was on Hwy. 27 in Somerset, Ky.

I am really disappointed in the quality of food here. The burgers are like soy burgers not real hamburger meat. The bacon if you want to call it that was burned anyway but gross. The onion rings and tenders are good though. Service was also good which is why there is 2 stars. But where is the real food?? Nobody wants these nasty burgers

Extremely rude service! We took our autistic son for his 6th birthday. It took 3 hours to get to the restaurant, but because this is was his birthday request we happily drove it. 1st, the cashier refused to allow him to use one of the signature glass mugs. No big, I ordered one for myself and let my son use it. 2nd, as I was ordering (me in mid-sentence) the cashier answers her drive thru headset as 2 other employees give her a dirty glair. 3rd, of course the order isn’t right when it gets to the table. We did not complain or send it back though. 4th, my husband pointed to the anniversary mugs and said, “We would like 2 of the 100th anniversary mugs, please. Our son likes the number 100.” She tells us she will bring them to the table. She wraps 2 regular mugs and brings those to the table. Thankfully we checked and the manager exchanged them. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, this would be a 5 star review, if one employee wasn’t such a jerk to my special needs child.
