We ordered (2) three piece fish combo The food was horrible. The food tasted like old oil. We tasted it and threw it in the trash. The drive-thru young lady was pleasant but food was not. Horrible is being nice.

Just stopped in for lunch. Ordered a A-1 combo posted at $7.99. Cashier rang up my order at $10.08. I thought that something wasn’t right because dine in taxes on the posted amount does not come up to $2.09. She said that the drink is separate. The sign clearly says that “combo includes fry and drink”. Another employee said that it is posed wrong and needs to be changed. Another very impatient and extremely rude employee came over and was griping about my asking questions and said that she didn’t want to discuss it and told the cashier to just give it to me for the posted price because she didn’t want to deal with it.

Not even a real a & w!!! Doesn’t have all the menu items! Mostly long John silvers. And the employees are rude! Especially the lady at the drive thru.

They have you pull around to fake the timer, which makes it take longer. 20 minutes for burger and fries. Not great tasting

This may have been the worst fast food experience I have had as long as I can remember.. I feel bad that the cashier was having issues and instead of helping, I heard other employees calling him out for taking so long with our order.. Then is just sounded like a mismanaged kitchen from my side of the counter.. 3 meals came out in pieces… My burger with a side of shrimp .. 3 more minutes and finally the shrimp taco (even tho the picture on the menu was 2).. By then, no one managed to realize they hadn’t served us our fries… And then we had to wait for drinks.. Worst $24 I have ever spent.. The one star is because the food, however it came was tasty.

Took my kids here, since this is what they picked. The cashier was a friendly fellow, but that was the high point of our visit. Let me add we dined in. Food took, no exaggeration, 27 minutes to get. The fries were old and cold. The burgers were overcooked and dry. The rootbeer was over carbonated. Not to mention it was obscenely expensive for a terrible experience. Do not recommend.

first of all this place was out of burger. Had no sauces available. We waited 15 minutes for our food. Did not receive straws for our drinks and was tossed attitude when asking for ketchup. Don’t go here.

The food was okay. However, they lock the dining room up at 8:00pm. This was a huge turnoff for me due to the fact that I had a fairly large order and did not want to use the drive thru. On top of that, they closed the ice cream machine down way before they closed. Seemed kind of ironic that I was at a root beer stand and cannot get a root beer float.
