Absolutely filthy. The door wasn’t working so had to wait for the cashier to come let us in. Floors, doors, tables literally everything was sticky. The catch tray in the pop machine hadn’t been emptied in what appeared to be months, pop spilling out onto the counter and floor. Bathroom was a disaster, sticky also. Not a single table or chair was clean. Order took forever and still came out wrong. Shame, this used to be one of my favorite spots in town.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a cup of milk, the root beer freeze was a float and the special order burgers (lettuce, catchup, mustard only) had 4 ounces of mustard on each burger and no lettuce.

Went there tonight….. Was told they were out of friend chicken… Original and spicy. Only had tenders,.. went to order off the A&W menu… A1 was then told no burgers. I decided didn’t want nothing and told the girl on the talk box… “Be a good place to build a KFC!”

This restaurant is a KFC / AW combo. It was a very dirty restaurant, actually, filthy. We wanted to order 6 chicken tenders only. No sides. All they had was the 5 piece combo meal for $9.98. We asked if we could pay for an extra chicken tender, minus the sides. They charged us $14.38 for 6 tenders and no sides. WHAT THE HECK!! They were very rude about this horrible transaction. We used our card not realizing what they had charged. The second we realized, we asked to cancel the order and refund our card. They said they couldn’t do that. So we ended up with 6 chicken tenders, NOTHING ELSE, for a total of $15.42. I am livid!!!

First time here , floor was sticky / dirty , tables weren’t clean , condiments were minimal . My burger had a lettuce stem in it and the end cap stem of a tomato that seemed frozen . Burger was bland . Chocolate shake was barely Chocolate. Food & drink arrived separately and wasn’t delivered to the table . Very disappointed

Prices wrong on menu items and wouldn’t allow you to get your money back, almost every table was not clean, the floor looked like it wasn’t swept for days, and bathrooms were disgusting.

Floors and seats are very sticky. They were out of root beer, forks, and ice cream. Bathrooms weren’t clean. Even the carpet mats by the door were sticky. Thought this would be a nice place to visit since we don’t have many in our state, but we were disappointed. The employees were very nice though.

My first time dining at an A&W restaurant. I am very impressed by the service, the food, and of course the root beer. I had the absolute best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Staff is so friendly, hardworking, and eager to help. This location is over a half hour drive from my home but I will definitely return because it’s well worth the drive. I wish there were more local locations!

We went there because it was the closest thing we could easily find after dropping my son off at camp. The bacon on my cheese burger was burnt, my wife’s onion rings were over done. Since it is half a KFC they don’t have curly fries, and the KFC ones weren’t as good. They were out of ice cream so no root beer floats. The floor in the dining room was sticky, and the men’s bathroom was filthy. We will definitely not go there again.
