Not sure if it is poor management and training, or the employee was high out of her mind. The food was amazing, but I was missing two items, my pop was given with a dome lid due to the 8 inches of foam on top. And the employee didn’t wash her hands or wear gloves.

I was overcharged for my meal and the worker didn’t commentate me for what was missing out of my order. I called 4 times between 7:40-7:55 to get someone on the phone before closing at 8 but all rang out to voicemail. I am definitely not satisfied with my visit after paying damn near $40 for BARELY 2 sorry a$$ meals Please do better!

My first time ever to an actual A&W restaurant – inside of a gas station was unexpected but no problem with it in my eyes. It was still plenty clean and their area is surprisingly private from the rest. I’d say the food was pretty good, the root beer freeze was even better, but the only person working there messed up our order and forgot some items so we didn’t get to try everything we wanted to.

I live in Lambton County and Im so glad I have this place so close to me. The main reason I come here is for the cheese curds, they are AMAZING! lol Friendly staff and good prices, only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the fries aren’t nice once they cool down.

The food taste great, each item we had was well done(aka, cooked right, we’re not talking stake cooking preference here) the staff(well, really one guy as it’s part of a gas station) was friendly and helpful. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it is a little pricey for a fast food place in a gas station that’s not at the end of a highway stop. But to be honest. Most fast food places have gotten pretty equal in expense, quality wise you will be happy but don’t expect a dollar menu.
