I went here with a friend. The lobby was very nicely decorated! I love the hanging signs and bell! The food was good and service was pretty fast. The staff was also very nice. The chicken here is very refreshing from other restaurants. The fish was similar to fish sticks, but still tasted better from store bought fish sticks! It was nice not having to worry about chocolate or peanuts. We will defiantly be coming back!

Cheese curds here are amazing! The root beer float was very good, just could’ve used more ice cream. Only downfall with this restaurant is the high prices, reason for the 4 star and not 5. Root beer was $5 and a large cheese curd was $8. Workers were nice. Summer of ’23 brings lemonade shakes! If you like lemon, this is a must try. Mmm.

Just went to this location and asked how the corn dogs were… the fine gentleman replied “they’re a solid 8/10” so I said I’ll try these. After leaving and trying these corn dogs I’d have to say they are warmer than the lunch ladies and they are delicious definitely a 9/10. Would recommend this to anyone

This is one of my favorite stops when in the Birch Run area. I love their root beer and root beer floats. It is not like the root beer you buy at the store. This is the real deal. Their burgers are excellent as well and I would highly recommend getting one of their ice cream floats. Stop here while visiting the outlet stores and you won’t be disappointed. They even sell poutine fries with cheese curds!

My 8 year old acted like he wanted a diet Pepsi ( ). I told him, “I don’t care if you want a diet Pepsi, we are at A&W so you’re getting a root beer!!!” He nearly ran off in a rage, but I falsely promised him I’d buy him a stuffed Rooty bear if he didn’t. Two minutes later after his first sip he was offering to pay off my student loans that were supposed to be forgiven by now because he liked the root beer so much. I told him he’d need to start saving all the money he earns from his job he doesn’t have and the allowance he doesn’t get. So anyway, the fries here are so much better than any fast food joint. I really don’t know why it’s so hard to have good fries – so really A&W is just doing what should be pretty straightforward. My family is thankful I made the decision to passenger seat drive and take them here. Oh yeah, and a free ice cream cone coupon in the kids meal bag?!?

Good food, just a little chinsy on the Chile and onions etc. Also getting to be on the expensive side for what they serve. Lastly the tables and booths need to be cleaned better. We had to wipe crumbs etc. off the seats and table. Understandable being busy, but still do your job correctly. Not to be disrespectful but customers need clean tables and seats.
