We stopped here for a quick meal.. needless to say it was the WORST AW we’ve ever ate at. Aside from waiting 20+ minutes for our meal, the burger was so over cooked it was basically jerky and cold. Then the cheese curds were all hollow with no cheese in them. And to top it off there is no changing table in the rest rooms, the high chairs are black and sticky as well as the floors. Betst of luck if you ever stop here.

Normally I enjoy going to this place today the cashier Danielle was very rude. I told her the root beer taste like it had too much vanilla she says back to me in a very rude tone we don’t put vanilla in that and she didn’t even want to give me a different drink. Why don’t people who don’t like people get jobs where they don’t have to be around people. She actually had somebody else hand me the food and nobody apologize to me. Got Food Fast, Customer Service Was Awesome, I Ordered A Oreo Shake With My Meal And Was Told They Don’t Have Those So Went With Vanilla Instead And I Got To The Window And She Said She Put Crushed Oreos In The Shake Anyways And Handed The Shake And The Rest Of The Meal, Great Experience Will Come Again. By far the worst meal I ever had!!! Not only were the coney dogs cold but, the burger I ordered was tasteless, burnt on the edges and dry!! This the third time I’ve gone to this KFC/A&W combo restaurant and the food has been awful every time. This was the first time I tried the A&W.

I have loved A&W ever since I was around 4 years old and that’s as long as I can remember but I have now disliked the end of you root beer since I got it and a place that I stopped at not too long ago in lower Michigan I will never buy A&W Root Beer again from them they gave it to me in a plastic bag basically with a lid I don’t have any pictures of it right now but to say the least it look like a catheter with a lid and it had KFC on the front instead of A&W can all of the Fizz to the root beer was gone it was flat absolutely flat no Fizz at all to an end of your beer. I am very unsatisfied with A&W root beer at this point in time.
