Never had a problem until today. Very rude young female working today making fun of customers very loudly. I also asked for extra sauce the lady at the drive-thru was going to give it to me and the young girl that was being rude took them and said that I alreay had enough. Mind you I have a decent size order with all things my family like to dip into sauce and she put only one in the bag. Then I had to come back to get part of my order that was forgot. Guess who bag my order, you got it the young lady who was more concerned about judging customers rather then doing her job. Very dissatisfied with my visit today.

Food was good per usual, unfortunately while ordering the workers acted as if hearing our order was next to impossible. It took longer to order 1 kids meal and 1 adult meal then it did paying for the meals, getting our meals and waiting for the crazy traffic to allow us to merge from the restaurant to Saginaw hwy.

I was very excited about ordering an olive burger and what I received was very disappointing this is a local favorite so I was so much looking forward to it so I received a single olive burger the bread itself was at least almost an inch thick on each side and then the meat was less than a quarter inch didn’t have much flavor I removed one piece of the bread and ate it that way. These used to be the best!! I will never order again.

Found hair in both our burgers. We were passing through town in a time crunch. So we couldn’t go back and get a refund or anything. Very disappointed. Service was quick. But that means nothing if someone else’s hair is in your food.

The service was alittle slow. Most food items were warm but the fries were lukewarm (nearly cold) and looked like they may have been thrown in the bag. Overall I would visit again, maybe they just had an off moment.

One of a few great places to get a meal. I ate inside and ordered a gallon of A&W Root Beer. Inside was clean and comfortable. Over all I would suggest you stop and eat inside.
