Love A&W, but my wife has not been so lucky the couple times we’ve stopped by. Her chicken sliders had pickles even tho we asked for none and the buns looked like they were literally torn in pieces. Looked like someone played frisbee with them before they made the sliders. They read the order back to us in full after ordering and when we got to the window yet still got it wrong. 2nd time we went everything worked out okay so we felt better. Then the 3rd time she ordered a hot dog combo and they didn’t even put the hot dog in…. They just gave her the onion rings and fries. Overall it’s not terrible but I think they need someone double checking these orders before they just try rushing it out the window. A little quality control and everything would be just fine.

Worst experience ever. Everything on my order was wrong. I asked for a plain burger and I got everything on it. Asked for a Pepsi and they gave me root beer. The fries were cold. I went inside to get my burger corrected and while waiting I saw the kid who was making the fries eating from the packaged ones that were going to the customers. Wasn’t even wearing glove.

Closes when It feels like it drove 30mins to have dinner last night. Just to find out that 705 was to late for dinner now cause they closed at 7pm on a Friday night. Not a good start. Or just a sign that we are better off not eating there anyways.
