This was disappointing! We love A&W. This was our worst experience though. The service was fine. The food was not. I took the food to go. Drove about 5 minutes home. When we opened it up, the burger buns were crusty and hard, like stale or left out. It seemed like the order was made fresh since no one else was there. The fries were AWFUL! Cold and super hard, brittle. It’s like they took old fries and reheated them and then let them sit out. The burgers were mildly warm. The only thing that was good were the cheese curds. They were actually hot. For a life long A&W goer this is so frustrating being that we now live very close to this location. We didn’t even finish the food. We won’t make this mistake again. Just have to drive 30 min to the next nearest location.

Hooped off the highway to grab a bite to eat. Had the buy one get one Coney cheese dog, large fry and a A&W root beer float. I was given a number and told to have a seat but when my order was ready I was told I had to go up to the counter to get my food. Coney cheese dog was good, french fries were nice and crispy and the root beer float hit the spot for a sweet treat.

With the new owners come new people. The atmosphere is friendly. We ordered and asked for specific items. They were so nice and polite. The food was fresh and just wasn’t slopped on. Burger and Fries were made fresh. Excellent overall experience. If you previously had a bad experiences I would try again now.
