Stopped for a bite to eat after shopping at some garden shops with my son and daughter in law. We ordered food they brought to table. All good, until the Owner decided to belittle and berate a worker, As he sat at one of the tables. He proceeded to do this again behind the counter in front of all the customers as we all sat in disbelief of his actions again and again until he noticed all of us staring at him. ( if it was me I would have walked out) You could tell this worker was quite shaken and upset as his face was bright red. I briefly chatted with the worker telling him to take a deep breath, you get to go soon. Shook his hand and apologized to him that this is happening. This business is for sale (A&W Neillsville) and think it’s his best choice as I don’t think he should be running a business or in charge of anyone. No one should have to take that abuse by anyone. You Sir are rude and mean. You definitively need to retire.

The food was horrible. Had to wait a long time for food when we were the only ones inside. It cost $21 for 1 hot dog, 1 hamburger, and 2 drinks. We won’t go back there.

Been here multiple times, and every time it’s a bad experience. Rude customer service, and the last time the owner/manager was sitting at a table while the employees were being rude and didn’t do anything about it. It’s dirty inside, and Hardee’s is cheaper anyways.

Way overpriced for the quality of meal. Burger, drink, and curds were $15. I can sit down at a restaurant for cheaper than that. Also must have gotten the bottom of the oil curds cause many were charred.
