In the drive thru, there were a few things messed up. I ordered a water and got a sprite. I then ordered a root beer with the cheeseburger and never got that. They were rude grabbing it for us. I also ordered ketchup, never received which I had to run in and get it. When we opened up the bag my fries were spilled upside down. Only put 1 star because I can’t go any lower.

Would give less stars if possible. We went three times in the last month hoping to get the same experience we had in years past. Boy were we disappointed. The first time we went, we were given the wrong order and treated rudely by the staff when bringing it to their attention. Not only that, but the staff was clearly not concerned with service, as they were all loud and causing a ruckus after spilling a mop bucket all over the floor. The next time we went, the ice cream machine was broken. The final straw was simply ordering two large twist cones and being given 1 small root beer cone. The staff was completely rude when asked to make us the order that we paid for and purposely gave us kiddie cones. Will not be coming back after these experiences. Sad to see a good chain’s image tainted by such poor staff and management.

The food was good, shakes were good, the service was atrocious. We ordered or food, about 5mins later I got my shake, they forgot the whipped cream and cherry, I asked and never did it. They didn’t bring my fiance his drink with his meal. We asked EVERY EMPLOYEE for it and it took them until both of our food was completely gone to bring it AND other customers saying something. When they brought our gallon of root beer, it was spilled ALL OVER the sides to the point where we couldn’t even put it in our vehicle or grab it. Overall with this experience, I won’t be coming to this location again.

Who owns this place. Let your nuts drop and start firing people starting with management and then the poor employees! If you have to shut the place down to hire new staff and management that’s better than running off customers and them leaving reviews that deter new ones.

The drive thru has no system of how to take an order. I ordered two combos with drinks, they default to root beer apparently which is great for me being a diabetic… They also default to no sauce for anything. I basically waited for prompts for like “what would you like to drink? What kind of sauce?” Nope nothin. When I asked a question at the window of what drink did I get, they just shut the window. Then the next thing is they just handed me the food. I don’t care if you are nice to me. But this was just weird.

Dining room was a mess; all but 2 tables dirty, trash cans full, bathrooms messy. Guy taking order got everything wrong after repeating it multiple times. People who ordered before and after me didn’t get what they ordered either. Took nearly 45 minutes to get the items I paid for. I had to ask repeatedly to have the correct burger made. Save yourself the frustration and money; DO NOT EAT HERE.

Came on my lunch break, was already disappointed by the 15+ minute wait from only one car in front of me. My order was ready as soon as I got to the window, and I drove back to work where I opened the bag to see neither of the two sauces I asked for were there. I tried eating my tenders without sauce but they were very very dry. Thinking I’d go back after work and finish my tenders then WITH sauce, I didn’t finish my meal and planned to get there before the listed closing time: 10 pm. I got there at 9:20 pm, but they were closed. Again, online it said they close at 10 pm, which had been updated only a week ago. The person who told me they were closed through the speaker was rude as well. Obviously you aren’t “addressing” complaints to your team as you claim in comment responses, because seemingly everyone has bad experiences here. Highly disappointed and would recommend getting takeout from anywhere other than here.

We were in the drive thru, got handed an orange float that had soda leaking out the top and down the sides. Had to hold it until they came back to ask for napkins. Then they gave grief about us asking for napkins. They didn’t give us the water we ordered and paid for (we got distracted by the sticky soda everywhere and didn’t realize it til we had left). Then once I drank the orange float either the soda was at the end of the tank or the ice cream because it tasted awful. An incredibly negative experience that will likely lead to us no longer going to A&W. Next time I’ll go to Culver’s.
