What the hell is going on with this restaurant, if you even want to call it that?! 40 minutes waiting for food, and still didn’t even start our order! 10 plus people waiting for food in the dinning room and none of them being served food, even the ones before us, while tons of food is sitting waiting to be sent out!! Dealt with all the drive thru customers first and didn’t want anyone in the dinning room to get their food. 6 people looking at the screen just standing there not doing a damn thing but telling everyone “we’re backed up”. If you cant run a dinning room, but a closed sign up!! Absolutely ridiculous. Guarantee you just lost all those 10 customers and I know we won’t be back. Figure your stuff out people. Hopefully whoever gets the food that was sitting there for over 30 minutes doesn’t get sick!

Brought back great memories from my childhood. Had a root beer float and it was delicious! Made me smile rmembering the many times I took my kids to an A & W for a kids mini frosted mug od root beer. This stand was clean and the employees very friendly. Cheeseburger was good and onions a bit under fried. I like them a bit crispier. Therefore 4 out of 5 stars.

It’s an absolutely wonderful establishment. The staff is super friendly, and helpful. The restaurant itself is always really clean, and has a neat old-style type feeling to it. The food is fresh, and delicious with a lot of options. Not to mention the home-made root beer. I would definitely recommend – we love going here in the summer, as a family!

Rootbeer in a frosted mug is always a treat and our sandwiches were hot and fresh. Now the onion rings were cold, when we asked to be reheated they came back microwaved and so greasy. Our bill for 2 people was $25.00, at that price point I expect better. Disappointed

It took forever to get my food through the drive-thru, even though I only ordered 1 thing. Then, I got a ways down the road and realized I got the wrong order. There was only 2 of us in the drive-thru. I was on my lunch break, so I didn’t have time to go back and get my order corrected. Super disappointing.

Great burgers for the price. Root beer floats are amazing. Good food for not an expensive price. Speed is the drive-thru is relatively decent. Didn’t have to wait that long for our food. The staff there was courteous and nice.
