This place took me back to working at A&W as a teen in the 70’s. While the are no car hops, the food was excellent and the service was very friendly. Most importantly, the root beer is made on site. Be sure to dine in so you can properly enjoy your root beer in a frosty glass mug. Only critique would be the uninviting outdoor seating – it could use an umbrella or a tree.

The staff at this location were friendly and polite. The food was decent, we all had burgers. I do not recommend the lemonade shake. My non-discrimitory 8 year old would not drink it. They received bonus points for the pup cup offered to our dog which was adorable!

Mid afternoon lunch. We split a double cheese burger basket, which was enough for two and then some. Classic A&W burger and fries, and of course, we split a frosty mug of rootbeer! All for $12!!

Holy snapping duck! Prices have gone through the roof. I went to get two chicken tender combos, a pub style basket, and two ice cream cones and my total was over $60! I almost birthed a cow right there in the drive thru line. I did notice when we got home that they had given us the 5pc chicken tender meals, but still. I could have eaten at a nice restaurant for that much.

A&W turned expensive, meal for three is around $60 for fast food. A&W use to be reasonably priced but now in the same price bracket as dine in options without any increase in quality, doesn’t seem to be a good business plan.

The food is okay. Way overpriced I think. And I hate when they lie to you about something. I asked about the shrimp Basket I asked her if they are really little shrimp or are they medium large what are they like. The lady told me oh there pretty good size. Well when I got them from the pickup window and open the box I seen this little tiny tiny little shrimp inside a box. And that’s with the ready on it. Really disappointed of course it tasted like shrimp they were okay tasting but you’d have to eat a mountain of them to feel satisfied. Never ordered that again ever. And the prices are just way too high., maybe that’s just going on around everywhere but they’re not offering anything worth paying big bucks for.
