Very run down place. They had no icecream. There pop taste like durty water. Very crabby lady taking our order. My onion rings where not cooked all the way and my burger left a nasty after taste in my mouth. I dont recomend.

Two different instances, one when my son 6yo dropped a pop we got and the lady was super rude and disrespectful about it. Most recent drove up to the drive thru and waited 10 minutes with no response. Went in and asked if it was open? The lady shrugged her shoulders and said … I dont know. Really really rude and disrespectful. Seems as if them people dont like working there.

Yummy! I miss our A&W in Austin, so we try to stop here whenever we are going to be close. Their root beer is the best and it’s not as good if you buy it in stores. Go get a mug full or a root beer shake.

Absolutely awful service. I stood at the register waiting to order for 8 minutes. All the while three separate employees stared at me and not ONE person said a word to me. If you can’t even manage to greet customers how do you expect to stay in business. Mind blowing how oblivious the employees are at this location.

Had one family in front of us order next our turn told had to wait till caught up. This was after waiting 14 minutes before the family in front of us could order. Had to catch up. They can’t work on more than one thing. Had they let us order we we’re ordering same thing. They could have dropped all the orders at once. 2 groups 6 ppl only 22 min.

Slow, the gal working the counter didn’t even smile once, or sound remotely cheerful. I ordered my burgers & waited 5 min, then went to the Caseys side, grabbed the other 10 things we needed, checked out & still had a few min befor the order was ready. And they were OUT of the A & W rootbeer! How can you have an A& W restaurant & not have the name sake? Will just get food from the Caseys side from now on.

The cheese curds were great, my son and I ate there, we both ordered tenderloins, the server messed up both our orders, complaining she was so tired, but when her 4 friends came in she was full of energy.. the onions rings were good.. service was subpar..
