Depressing environment!! None of the workers were happy. No one was smiling. It felt like everyone working there were being held against their will. I couldn’t wait to leave! Customer service was horrible! I will not be back! The best A&W I have been to in central Minnesota is Albany!! Go there! They are off of 94! Stay away from the Brainerd/Nisswa A&W! They were very disappointing!

Their new LEMONADE shake is DELICIOUS even though there was no whipped cream or cherry on it. 🙁 The single deluxe cheeseburger was OK. Bun did not seem very fresh.
