This restaurant neglects the lobby to keep their drive-thru running. It took over 20 minutes to get my one meal. The lobby is also both outdated and beat up.

Went through the drive through and the speaker is a joke, you can’t hear a word they are saying and then they get mad when you can’t understand them. Because of this my order was miscomuncated and I didn’t get everything I wanted. When I got my food it was cold. I would recommend going inside so this doesn’t happen but then you get neglected because they are focused on the drive through.

It’s exactly what you expect from a small town A&W. Friendly and prompt service. We were staying in Webster for a three day fishing trip with buddies…. eat there all three days. Parking around the building was a expected but I had my boat with me so parked in the gravel area…. it was a little rough. Wish they would grade it and put down some dust control.

Was told to be careful when stopping because they forget to put burger patties on their burgers. I thought it was a joke but it indeed wasn’t. I don’t live in town or close enough to drive back but I was told they would write my name down for what I’m not sure but I definitely won’t be back anytime soon

Only chain restaurant in town after Pizza hut unfortunately shut down, always talk A&W might shut down but hopefully this one lasts as long as Webster. We need more businesses here not less and I’m proud that Webster holds one of the few A&Ws. Great food, great service
