They messed up our order and forgot to give us the deep fried cheese curds. They don’t do the cheese curds in Canada, so it was the thing we were most excited about it and we were already back on the I-15 on our road trip before we noticed. Don’t leave the window before you check your order here.

My daughter and I were running some errands and a root beer and a burger sounded so good. We went inside to order and the place was disgusting! I went into the bathroom to wash my hands- the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. We did not order any food. If that is how they take care of that place, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like and the overall cleanliness of the staff! We left and went to Jersey Mikes instead. I will not go back to A&W!

This Franchise’s owner and district managers should feel ashamed of the way there employees treated that poor woman in the drive thru by throwing a cup at her face. Regardless of the situation as an employee you never go to that much of an extreme with a customer. Absolutely despicable and embarrassing.

Most of the time they are out of something. Tonight they were out of fries. The cashiers are rude. The lobby is always messy and out of supplies. Oh and the lobby closes at 7pm, just so everyone knows. If I could give less than one star I would.

I never complain about fast food. It’s fast food there’s not much to be expected. But I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for food . The lady who took my order was rude , I ordered a burger with no ketchup or mustard and I get home with my kid to find it literally swimming in ketchup and mustard it’s all over the wrapper it’s ridiculous. The burger itself is cold the cheese is barely thrown on there. The fries are just all over the bottom of the bag and squished. The man who handed me my food was a delight. But honestly the entire experience was so unpleasant it caused me to leave my first Google review ever.

Waited in drive-thru line for over 45 minutes I ordered two burgers and four drumsticks, the drumsticks were fine, when I finally got my order, however, the two burgers were ice cold. This only tells me that they do not make their burgers fresh. I’m very disappointed in the management. I just got through Reading other people’s complaints, which were identical to my own i.e. cold burgers! And all of these complaints got the same robotic response, “thank you for your feedback we will look into this” those complaints go back over a year, and you still have not looked into anything. Because you’re still serving ice cold burgers to your customers. so please, don’t bother sending me a robotic response telling me that you’re going to look into it, because I know that you’re not. And how you expect people to pay $20 for two ice cold burgers is borderline criminal.

If you want to wait for 20 minutes and you are still in line go for it. I would have waited another 20 before I even made an order. Then another 20 for food.This is not the first time, this is everytime. How can it take so long when only the drive through is open? Instead, I used that 20 minutes and drove to Montana Sub Shop, went in, ordered, got back in my truck, and back to work.

The drive thru takes forever (20 to 40 minutes). The rootbeer is really good and refreshing. They claim to make it in house. Customer service is horrible. They ignore your complaints. Food is below par.
