Food was ok, considering I only got half of what I ordered and I assume part of someone else’s order because I had items I did not order, and items missing that I did order. I tried to call the store twice but got no answer. I have a feeling that if the staff would worry more about customer service instead of scrolling through there cell phones then we wouldn’t have experiences like this. Good spot, but definitely not my go-to anymore.

Clerk brought food out to car. Lid wasn’t on shake and he dumped shake all over passenger! Never apologized went inside and an older woman brought napkins out and chewed passenger out for putting used napkins on ground even though she could see she wad trying to clean up huge mess! Again no apology! Went In to get a new lid for shake and was bashed by older person again! Don’t go to that a&w! People are rude and unprofessional!

I’ve eaten here multiple times and have never had a bad meal! Most recently I enjoyed the 3-piece cod dinner with fries and cole slaw. As I was swinging by during a business trip, I opted to drive 35 miles home prior to eating. A few minutes in my air fryer, and my meal was as hot and crispy as when it was fresh. The fish is one of Tim’s Lenten specials. Try it! Also, the staff was super with smiles on their faces!

We stopped in on our way from MS to CO for some lunch. My daughter in law asked what oil they use as she is allergic to peanuts. Not one employee could answer her question. The manager gave us some line about being sued. Every employee in every respect should be able to answer that question. At least be able to walk to the oil and look at the label. None of us will be eating at this location. The food wasn’t that great so I won’t go to any of them.

A&W is always prompt, great customer service, smile, & good is always fresh & tasty! The restaurant and seating area, plus bathrooms are always clean! Car hood are always friendly & prompt. Tim the owner is almost always there working hard & supporting his staff & restaurant.
