We decided to dine in after my daughter’s soccer game. As we were leaving, I completely forgot my wallet on one of the booths. As soon as I realized it, we drove back. When I enter the building, the girl in front had already handed my wallet to the manager. I can’t tell you how thankful and happy I was. She was awesome as well when taking our order. I’m Super thankful for honest and respectful people. : )

This is NOT the a&w root beer that I knew in Chickasha OK as a teenager in the 60’s! The bacon cheeseburger we had at Yukon Oklahoma on Dec 16, 2022 was cold and the tomatoes on them were frozen. I would NOT recommend anyone to go there. What a disappointment. We had not been to one in many years and we’re VERY disappointed. Will never go back. Also they gave me 11 French fries with my combo which costs almost $11.00.

This place was terrible! I normally do not leave reviews, but this was awful. They did not have fries which was understandable, but the burgers they gave us were cold like refrigerator cold, the order was completely wrong, the Rootbeer float and freezes were warm and running all over the cups. The onion rings and cheese curds were burnt, we waited around 20 minutes for cold food. They had locked the door to where you could not go in to correct the order. The employees seemed like they were not trained and a simple order was completely overwhelming to where they threw everything in the bag cold or burnt, we spent $45 on food we literally had to throw away. We will not be back I’m just hoping nobody gets food poisoning from the little bits that were tried before trashing. This is completely unacceptable and if I owned this restaurant and it was ran this way I would be embarrassed and mortified.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Suppose 1 star works because the Papa burger was very good but it took literally 10 minutes to get it. Add to that the drive up speaker system barely works and the girl taking the order spoke in a whisper and the whole ordering process was the worse I’ve had in decades. Seriously. I kept looking at the Wendy’s across the street wondering how I could cancel my order and hop over there. Unbelievable.

It’s rare that I walk into a restaurant and immediately want to bolt. This place was one of the most disappointing establishments I’ve been to in years. The guy at the checkout counter kept asking our party to repeat their order because he was hard of hearing. That’s a terrible first impression and a bad move on management.
