This visit was okay. Placed an online order, but it wasn’t ready at the time indicated. One of the items was unavailable, but was replaced with suitable substitute once I arrived. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to receive my order. I should have checked it before leaving because one of the platters was missing both of the sides that we ordered. The food we did receive was okay; however, the fish and chicken were slightly on the salty side.

I hate to do this because I like long johns but my experience was horrible.. 1st red flag was the young lady had her back towards the door leaning on the counter and was talking to someone on the phone about not wanting to be there that day. After she got off the phone I ordered. 2nd red flag loud music blasting over me so they couldn’t hear the order. 3rd red flag bad vibe, not a clean environment they kept saying to each other (the cook and the cashier) they gonna have to wait we out of this we out of that.. 8/5/23

I wanted to like this location and give it a chance but it’s just failing miserably. Drive-through wait time is too long so I went inside to place my order. Inside is room temperature, it was very warm so I wasn’t comfortable dining in. My order took a while to get and even when I did my hotdog was overcooked and just tasted dry. Employees are talking a lot amongst each other and not working quickly enough in my opinion

This location has a lot of issues with maintenance and service. This last time I waited at the drivethru window (which has 4-5 different speakers for some reason) for several minutes without any answer, the car in front of me did the same thing, I think. I decided to go inside, the young man at the counter was cheery and helpful but seemed very new.
