Not a great experience. A&W root beer is always the best…food orders not so much. The window person taking orders really wasn’t listening. We repeated our order twice. We received only one of the burgers and then were told they were out of burger meat! WHAT??? We did get good floats…stick with the root beer…

Drove there in the snow and didn’t get all of my food. (Missing the cheese curds that I pulled aside and waited for) Everything was old and hard and the chili was burned and super thick. Nothing was edible. Was told to drive back in the snow if we wanted a refund.

Soda station was filthy. Trash recepticle overflowing. No cups available at drink station. Napkin dispenser was empty. Inside tables dirty. Outdoor tables also not clean. Food extremely unappetizing. We tried eating the stuff, but ended up pitching the majority in the trash.

Just got took a second time in a short period of time at this location. Paid for a double bacon cheeseburger no onions, no tomatos to go… What I got was a SINGLE cheeseburger WITH onions and tomatoes and NO bacon. People hate paying extra for something they’re not getting. I don’t think I’ll come to this location again.

Very disappointed this evening. We buy dinner at the KFC perhaps three times a year, and the food is typically so-so (it is fast food after all). Tonight it was simply awful. Surprising because they were busy. The ‘original recipe’ chicken was cold and rubbery rather than hot and crispy. The rolls were as stale as rocks, and the sides were nowhere to be found (and it was too busy to go back). On top of all this, a printer issue didn’t allow us a receipt. This garbage costs too much for this.

Cheese curds $1.50 more than listed on line. For the small amount you get,it is not worth $5.40. Then after I paid, they tell me it’s a 10 minute wait. Not good customer service.
