I normally never write reviews about any restaurant I visit due to not experiencing anything that would require a round of applause. However after having moved here (twin falls) this restaurant and it’s staff have been nothing but awesome. I love coming in and talking occasionally with a lovely lady whose name I cannot unfortunately remember at this time but I do remember her having multiple piercings and tattoos. She’s always so polite and full of energy it makes my day a lot better just by being around her. Onto other things while some of the staff do seem to have unfortunate RBF. They are all actually pretty cool and interesting people to talk too, especially when you work with people who are nothing but serious all day. Besides this though my favorite past interaction I have had here was with a younger kid, I don’t remember his name at this moment either unfortunately but he wore a tye dye hat and have different colors in his hair, I had ordered a papa burger with cheese curds and a large root beer freeze and had asked specially to make sure the patties on the burger were fully cooked and that I would like extra cheese on the burger. Not only was there extra cheese like I had asked but the patties were cooked to near perfection. Honestly I hope you guys continue to do an awesome job and keep bringing the same happiness that you do to me to others. You guys rock!

I am appalled by the treatment we received today. If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would, and I will be reaching out to the owners/ higher-ups. This establishment has incompetent, rude, foul-mouthed staff members that couldn’t care less and need to either be fired or re-trained with a heavy focus on customer service. I had to repeat my order (Papa burger- no papa sauce, but add mustard. And a double cheeseburger without mustard.) 4 or 5 times at the speaker and then again at the window. They still got it wrong. It happens, and normally that’s fine with myself and my family- we understand that everyone has off days and mistakes happen all the time in the fast food industry. However, my husband went in and asked to have it fixed and was cussed at and about (the cook and cashier called him every name in the book while talking about fixing the order in the back) and ultimately told him that he would have to re-order and wait in the line all over again if he wanted them to fix it. He said that he didn’t have the time to wait again because he was on a lunch break and that he’d rather just have them take the burgers back and get a refund. They told him he’d still have to wait for them to be done filling all of their orders before they could issue him a refund. He insisted that they did it now so we could leave- as I mentioned before, he had to get back to work. He was also told to “grow a spine and tell your family to just ******* eat the hamburgers how they come”. (I want to clarify to that staff member that it wasn’t simply a matter of preference on sauces, but a matter of a FOOD ALLERGY. )They finally just gave him the refund and we left. While I’m sure they couldn’t care less, we won’t be back and we will be telling friends, family, and the public to avoid this establishment. Sad to see what used to be a community favorite fall so far.

Worst a&w I’ve ever been to. Creepiest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Our food has never been the correct order and then they get an attitude when you point out you aren’t getting what they charged you for.

Went through the drive through, specified whatvi did not want on my cheeseburger, they had me clarify 2 times, get up to the window and the staff were yelling at each other and one of them seemed very spaced out, then i get my food and get home and literally everything i had asked not to be on my cheeseburger that they had me verify twice, was not only on there, but heaped onto it. I will not be returning. What if it was an allergen issue and the person trusted them without checking their food.

I understand we have a shortage but when I am standing at the counter for 10 min and then I’m told it will be another 10 min before my order can be taken, there is a problem. It would have taken the same time to the my order than to ask me if it was OK that I wait another 10 min. Cars that weren’t even there before me were taken card of first.

Ok, Best root beer in town by miles. By far the best fast food cheese curds! My daughter and all her friends did a taste test, and A&W was by far the clear winner. Good Service at the drive-thru. Always fun coming here.
