The root beer float was nasty. It was icy ice cream with Lukewarm root beer. The ratio of liquid to ice cream was off, with so much root beer. We ended up tossing it out. The cheese curds were very good though.

I love that this location is soo close to home. Especially when they have $2 any size floats. Even though I shouldn’t get the large, I do with no regrets! I do also enjoy the cheese curds. I hope they consider bringing back the Siracha cheese curds as they were delicious! Nice kick but not overpowering. The only thing that I’d consider needing improvement is the staff not feeling rushed. I witnessed this one evening when there were only 4-5 vehicles in the drive-thru the staff were working too fast which created lower quality of the food. My float had a ton!! Of ice cream but not enough root beer and the cheese curds that evening were cooked just barely to melt but not enough to be CHEESY like I’ve always received in the past at this location. This will not deter me from continually enjoying these great treats! Keep up the good work!

I’m only going to give this place 2 stars ONLY because they have bomb fry sauce. We have went to this place several times hoping things would get better. But never again. Those young girls who take the order are the worst!. Its dirty, takes FOREVER to get your food and the last two times we went no air conditioning. It usually takes a pretty bad place to give a 2 star to but unless they start stepping things up Save your money go to McDonald’s at least you know what your getting

So, I’m sorry to report that while I still love the food, I feel like service has been exceptionally slow and often poor lately. I understand that it is difficult to find service workers right now but 35 minutes for 2 burgers is just too long and the order was completely wrong. I just didn’t want to wait anymore. Furthermore, watching managers ignore and yell at new hires was painful.

A&W/KFC is a good place to eat. Moderately cheap. Good quick food. Filling. The chicken littlest are an inexpensive yummy option. Burgers are decent. Floats are yummy. Good value combos and fun monthly promos were trying. Friendly service

A (literal) handful of food with a small drink at a poor price. I’d think a “combo” would be more than 5 nuggets and a drink, seeing as how my coworkers got fries. Maybe I didn’t read the fine print well enough. Won’t be back anytime soon, but if nothing else it did taste good.

Crappy food, make you pull to the front and wait, makes you think your going to get fresh food. Wrong! Burgers are always cold and taste terrible. But on the bright side if you order from kfc side its always hot.

Milk shakes were served with a straw, but the consistency was like a glass of vanilla ice cream with strawberry flavoring. Should have been served with a metal spoon because a plastic spoon would have broken. I took it back to the counter to be replaced with a milk shake, and after a 7 minute wait, (just enough time for my burger & fries to get cold), it was reproduced identically to the first. I returned to my booth and nibbled on the cold fries and burger while waiting for the ice cream / shake to melt down. I really wanted to ask for the Manager to show me the person who could drink that milk shake wirh a straw, but that humorous thought calmed my disgust and temperment. This was the A & W adjacent to the parking lot of Walmart at 2100 12th Ave Rd.

KFC and A&W have a wonderful staff filled with very friendly people. The stuff always trys hard to keep the plaće član and the food order correct. The COD fish basket is delicious which is back for a limited time only during the Spring time. The COD fish basket is a great delicious menu choose for Fridays during the Sprint time.
