Surprisingly good location super responsive customer service. The root beer floats are the best. The chicken was well put together the restaurant was clean. They get a high five for this visit, particularly compared to other KFC A&W restaurants I’ve visited.

I ordered two root beer floats but they simply forgot to make them. Then they agree to fill the order but we’re nasty to me when I checked to see if they were ready. They didn’t wipe the tables when I was there even though there were several dirty tables. Someone did walk around and push the chairs in though.

This was honestly the worst A&W experience I’ve ever had. The place was filthy, sticky and the bathrooms have coded locks. Most of the pop was just pouring out straight soda water or whatever. The food came out almost cold. The service was rude and rushed us, there was literally no one else in the place.

This is the other half of KFC. It’s a nice inside. But the food was terrible. I ordered a A6. Which was the cheese burger onion rings and a drink. The bun was wet and mushy on a fourth of the cheeseburger. So disappointed. This was a cherished memories to come here with my family when I was young. Anyway I hope yours isn’t like that. Wish u good fortune in your future travels. On a good note. The onion rings were excellent.

Disappointed. No a&w root beer soft serve. And their vanilla is 1.99$ for a kitty size and it’s just 1$ quality, I’d almost want to go to McDonald’s instead and their ice cream machines barely ever work. Defiantly the worst a&w I have ever had so far for ice cream.

I came inside around 5:30 pm. There were no other customers in the restaurant and only 2 or 3 customers through the drive thru during my time there. The entire lobby was filthy. Virtually every single table has garbage on it or needed to be wiped down. The floors were equally disgusting. I understand that it gets busy and there’s not always time to get to that stuff, but when there are no customers-cleaning the restaurant should be the priority.
