1st of all we (4) of us got there around approximately 2 p.m. and it was raining so we all went in my brother & his wife ordered then my other brother ordered then I ordered last a 9 piece chicken which they told me there was none, neither original or crispy & I was astounded at 2 p.m. not a piece of chicken & several other items they said they did not have.. finally got to settle on 5 piece tender which were Luke warm & tough so we all finally ate & was there for approximately 40-45 minutes then it seemed only kids worked there the whole time all we heard was giggling and laughing which was quite annoying but we all were just trying to finish eating & it was still raining quite heavily then it seemed like the teenage workers wanted us out because they kept turning off and on the lite & I knew they were doing it on purpose no other lites were going off & on except the where we were eating.. My opinion is since I do alot of reviews is they need an Adult per each shift to keep things as they should be and not teenagers running the show.. this all happened on March 28, 2023..

Place is always a disappointment. Today wasnt any better. I’d never go here if my GF didnt crave “mash potatoes” That wasnt even the issue. Order 3 piece chicken tender meal and recieved 3 nugget things. Also order a Nashville Hit Chicken little that was NOT a Nashville hot. Had NO hot sauce and no heat. Do not waste your time or money.

Waited about 10 minutes, not one of the 5-6 employees wondering around in the back acknowledge the line of 6 people waiting to place orders. So I walked out. Burger King across the street was quick, got my order right and was friendly. Go there instead.

Kids meal advertised entree, fries, drink and a toy. I asked for mustard, they were out. My Grandson asked for toy and they said we don’t have toys. Lady gave him ice cream cone. Nobody asked me if that was ok. I had him eat his food while it melted. They had a long drive through line so we went inside. Waited 5 minutes just to be acknowledged. I wanted chicken tenders, they were out. Sorta clean place, courteous help but understaffed. Very slow service.

1st time we visited this place they were closing early and had no chicken. They locked the doors as we walked out with multiple carloads of people trying to get in. Months later we tried again thinking those employees or management would be gone. Keeping in mind it is an A&W / KFC. this time they were out of root beer and only had wings left. I had chicken tenders 3 of the 4 were cold and tough. It was a Friday night at about 9:30 pm. They already had the floors mopped and floor mats on the garbage cans. Overheard an employee tell a child not to make a mess as they had already cleaned. So you would think the bathrooms should be already cleaned. However the bathroom had human excrement on the wall, the floor and the toilet seat. There were no paper seat covers in the holder and even the sink was disgustingly dirty. Employee was advised the restroom was disgusting and the employee just nodded her head and seemed not to care. I hope this is not a common thing with KFC. We will never be back to this establishment. I would give it zero stars but not an option!

The store employees did not seem to care that there was a line waiting to take their order they moved at their own pace which was slug speed. The feel you get when you walk in was non welcoming and felt dirty even at first apperance it looked clean. The supervisor did not seem to care that the line was long either. She came out changed the registar out and went back into the office. Will not be going back to this location again.

On behalf of my coworker , last friday she ordered a hot dog among her order through the drive thru. They put a hot dog on the “bottom” of a hamburger bun. She went back through the drive-thru and showed them. She asked if they ran out of hot dog buns and they didn’t know. They refunded her food. It was funny hearing this but also not funny.

If I could give this place no stars i definitely would. Horrible experience. I had a random person that needed to go to the bathroom come to me and let the people that work there know that they needed paper tissue in the bathroom. I let the cashier know and they did nothing about it. A couple of minutes later another customer walks into the bathroom(because the bathroom lock says vacant and doesnt lock) and sees the customer naked trying to clean himself on the sink. Aside from that my order was made wrong. They didnt have a lot of items on the menu itself, and when they finally did get my order ready they had it on a tray(when I specifically asked for it to be to go) this is by far one of the worst experiences iv ever had and a public fast food restaurant. The client that was in the restroom also complained and let them know he would be calling the health board. And I dont blame him. I would have done the same in his position.
