Parked at the truck stop about a mile away and walked to this location with a co worker. Very dated and worn decor inside. Things appeared to be clean except the tables weren’t clean. My KFC food was just okay and overpriced considering the atmosphere. They weren’t bust and appeared to have way too many people working, considering how very slow it was. Employees standing around chit chatting and watching us eat, it was bizarre and frankly made me wonder what they did to our food.

Stopped here “quickly” on our way home. Woman at the window was rude and unprofessional. Did not repeat order, nor give me a total. Not to mention, had us pull around to the parking lot and wait for our order for over 20 minutes! Also, when we finally received our order it was not correct or complete. My husband had to go in and correct the order to get the rest of the items. I have now been sitting in our car for over a half hour waiting. Inside, he still has not been helped. We will not be visiting this establishment again!

Don’t believe the hours posted. We got there a little bit before 10 pm and they were said closed with at least 4 people working there. When I told them this says they closed later, one of them said “I don’t think so” and laughed and closed the door on us!

The health department needs to pay them a visit, the lettuce was brown, the bun & fries were served cold the tables were all dirty and nobody was addressing the issue, instead they were chitchatting behind the counter

The store was closed to dining in which is inconvenient, but workable. We ordered through drive-through. The worker couldn’t describe the spicy papa sauce on their burgers. She also wouldn’t take the cup we needed to throw away. We did that ourselves at the front of the store where we had to pull to wait for our food, even though we were the only people there. No one else was before us. I was less than impressed. They didn’t ask if we wanted any sauces, and they shorted us 1 sandwich. Since the doors were locked, we had to know on the outside to get their attention.

1st and last time I come here. Restaurant is filthy, half of the sodas are out, they don’t have cash to give out change. There was a out 6 employees working while I was there some just standing around. There’s NO reason the lobby areas should be THAT dirty when there’s plenty of employees Standing around…

Well, once again this restaurant has failed. Went to drive thru to order lunch. As I’m ready to order girl tells me “just so you know it’s exact cash or card only.” Great I have cash but not exact change. Thanks for nothing. Just Bad MANAGEMENT!!! Turlock A&W I never have a problem. I left and went next door to Jack In the Box.
