Food was good and fresh, and Staff was great! After ordering I mentioned that I would be outside with my dog. When I got my food, they had added a chicken treat for my dog! That was very thoughtful…it comes from good staff and management….so thank you all!!!

I don’t know what I got served today but it was old chicken that had the consistency of jerky. I had to pull around front and wait only to be served cold fries and old chicken. Nothing was hot, I have no idea why I had to wait. I actually fear the food here now

Clean location. When we got our order it was wrong. When I took it back to show that I was given to wrong chicken, he told me to keep what I had and gave me the right pieces. We later found out that I wasn’t given my cookies. Oh well. But other than that, the meal was hot and had a great time. If I’m in the area and want chicken we will stop but the next time I will get my cookies.

This location is also a KFC. We ordered a 12 piece to go. We paid extra to have 5 breast and 7 thighs. When we got our order I decided to have a piece before leaving. It’s a good thing I did because not only were we short a breast but instead of thighs we got six legs. When the gentleman called our order out he called it out right which means they knew that not only were they shorting us chicken but knew they were giving us the wrong pieces. It took two more trips up to the counter to get the order right and then a third trip to the counter to get our receipt. They had to call the manager out print up the receipt because the cashier didn’t know how to do it . We received no apologies for the inconvenience from either employees or manager. So if you go here for a takeout order make sure to check it before leaving the restaurant.

Horrible service. Had everything put away at 8:30 even though they are open until 10:00. Had no chilli left so I received chilli cheese fries with one bite of chilli globbed in the corner. Also the polar swirl was melting and just the whole experience was bad. Not worth the long wait.

Good food. A lot of options. The kids are tough to feed but with all the options they found something. In a parking lot I visit often so i will likely be back. I have only eaten at a&w a number of times but it has always been enjoyable.
