I don’t like this A&W or the other local one. Both are overpriced for what they are selling and the food is terrible!! Every time I go I think to myself “the food will be better this time” but it never is. I don’t know if it’s a management problem or a crew problem but something has to change!

I ask for a papa burger combo and chicken tenders. At the window, the cashier tells me the total is $29 (she thought I ordered the tenders as a combo). When I politely tell her that I just want the tenders, not the combo, she insists that it’s more expensive for the tenders by themselves instead of the combo (how does that make sense?) and that she “doesn’t set the prices”. I just scratch the tenders, but have to get her attention again as she turns away because she never asked for my drink in the combo. With everything finally set, I park in the lot and wait for the food as I was told.

Disappointing experience. Drive-through Personnel told me to pull around the front and they would bring my food out to me. After waiting 10 minutes I made a call and they told me the bacon was still being prepared. Finally the person from the drive-thru that took my order appeared at the front door, stop for a moment to check his phone, then came outside and asked me if I was the one who placed the order. After we confirmed that I was indeed the person who bought the meal, he gave me my food and I drove away. Unfortunately upon reaching my destination I realized there were no napkins, no ketchup, and my fries were definitely not hot. The burger was excellent. It was exactly as I had ordered it. That being said the rest of the experience overall was very disappointing. I understand that this is just a fast food establishment but I also understand that if I was the franchise owner and I read this report I might be tempted to terminate the employee. Seriously! What business allows their employees to run around being totally distracted by their cell phones right in front of customers? Apparently yours.

told us to park in the front and they’d bring our food out. so we parked, tasted our drinks and one was supposed to be rootbeer but it wasn’t so i went inside to get a new one. the worker got an attitude and told her coworker to get me new drinks and her coworker gave me two new drinks. so i tasted them to make sure one was rootbeer and neither of them were so she gave me ANOTHER drink. in total i received 5 drinks for only 2 orders because for some reason they don’t know the difference between pepsi and rootbeer. for every car in the drive thru they sent them to the front to wait for their food, guess it isn’t “fast food”. this location is horrible and the workers are rude

Had to wait at dinner hour for them to get burgers unfrozen or something. Then this burger was the worst I have had!! Won’t be going back there again. Wendy’s has a good tasting burger. Only went here as I was tired and got this on the way home.
